How our original audio is licensed, how AI results differ, and how to raise a rights concern.
Original library audio: CC0 1.0.
The initial 60 library sound files are original procedural sound designs, generated from mathematical oscillators, envelopes, and noise. They contain no sampled recordings, copied soundtracks, or intentionally reproduced melodies. Each public detail page identifies its source and license.
For files explicitly labeled CC0-1.0, the project dedicates its rights to the public domain to the extent permitted by law. You may download, adapt, and use those audio files without attribution. Read the CC0 1.0 dedication. No warranty of third-party rights is made.
AI output is separate.
Private AI outputs are not automatically added to the CC0 library. Their permitted uses depend on the model and provider terms, your input rights, and applicable law. A provider’s commercial-use label does not by itself guarantee exclusive ownership, non-infringement, or a right to redistribute every generated file.
Artwork, names, and other material.
Generated cover artwork and the website’s studio imagery are illustrative. The audio CC0 dedication does not automatically apply to website artwork, code, logos, or trademarks. Sora and DM Sans are self-hosted under their bundled open font licenses; Phosphor icons use their bundled license. Tesla and its model names remain their respective owner’s marks.
Tell us about a concern.
If you believe a public sound or image infringes rights you own or represent, send a rights report. Include the precise page or sound name, the work you believe was used, evidence of your rights or authorization, and a way to contact you. We review reports and can withdraw public downloads while investigating.
Do not include private identity documents in the form. We can request further information through a suitable channel when necessary.
