A car can be a lot of things: a daily companion, a quiet place between meetings, the beginning of a weekend. We think its goodbye can have a little personality too.
A sound library with a purpose.
LockChime brings together short original sounds, a private browser-based converter, and practical USB installation guides. You can browse, listen, download, and convert without an account. The optional AI studio uses accounts to manage private results and a limited free allowance.
Our initial collection is made with original procedural synthesis. The cover artwork and studio imagery were made with generative image tools. We label sound origins so you can tell an original synthesized library file from a private AI generation.
Free to find your favorite.
The plan is to support the public site with clearly labeled advertising. Downloads are direct, and advertising does not unlock files or generation credits. Ads appear only when the advertising account and consent setup are ready. We cannot promise a particular click rate or revenue.

LockChime is operated by the independent LockChime project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Tesla, Inc. Tesla names identify the vehicles our guides discuss; they do not imply a partnership.
We check audio file formats, and we are candid about the limits of those checks. Features vary between vehicles. Check your model’s compatibility before you install.
